If you are having a bad day I guarantee after talking to her for 5 mins you definitely have a smile on your face. She is truly a delight and is always reachable day and night. Don’t explain the process upfront very…don’t do it They Don’t explain the process upfront very well and the fuel account was shut because we didn’t use it the way they felt ?! Again no instructions upfront.. our issue was that we were in violation of a policy we had no knowledge of and instead of speaking to us prior to shutting the cards off they abruptly shut them off !!! The set up process and instructions along with do s and Dont’s are seriously lacking !! An apology would be nice ...
