GBSome anxiety on my part! I like that I could reach the lending agent directly. I didn’t like that there was confusion around who appraiser should contact. You have a system where documents are to be loaded, but I was still asked for documents that were already uploaded! There was wasted time concerning the appraisal and being asked for documents you already had. Lastly, the closing took place at 2PM, this was known, yet again time was wasted when it took your company forever to approve the close. The process just seems frustrating and it appears left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing… Update-April 30, 2024: I gave my review some thought, and decided that I was reviewing out of emotion. I want to apologize. After speaking with other investors and this being my first fix/flip loan, I realized that the process with New Silver was actually pretty good. There was some confusion with the appraiser scheduling but all in all everything was solved and the loan cleared in a very quick timeline… Thanks to James, who took the time to guide me through!

GBNew Silver saved the day New Silver saved the day. The New Silver team was able to pick up my loan when my first option didn't work bc it would have required too much $ down. New Silver was able to work a different formula to make the loan work for me. They also came in pretty last minute and were able to close within 10 days. The New Silver team was great.

GBNew Silver Does it Right AGAIN!! New Silver is marvelous! Sometimes the experience can be “off”, the second time around but New Silver came through with another awesome experience with my Fix n Flip. I interacted with the same players as my first deal 2 weeks ago and again, they did not disappoint!! James and Amra were right there til the end, ensuring all went well. GBExcellent service and communication My wife and I bought an investment property 1,500 miles from our current residence and New Silver was wonderful to work with. They are responsive, honest, and helpful. There was not one time during the transaction that I felt I was not fully informed of every aspect of their involvement in this purchase. GBGood hard money company but needs 100% financing terms or deferred interest payment terms. Good hard money company. New Silver Lending needs 100% financing that way they don't loose developers to other banks that will offer 100% financing to repeated clients. New Silver should learn to roll everything into the deal, so that the developer can do more deals. If the developer has to come out of pocket to close the deal, then, the developer's monthly interest payments should be deferred until the property is sold. This will help to make all developer stay with New Silver for all deals. Because of this, I am negotiating will other lenders who are willing to do this.
