From course completion to receiving my certificate in the mail. Thank you! And they still answered my call even during a holiday. Awesome company!

Excellent for Self-Study The self-study format works very well, especially for seasoned CAA and tax attorneys. The test questions should be reviewed because some were very vague. I write this as someone who got only one question wrong --- even at my knowledge level, I found myself asking "are you trying to ask this?" as I went through the questions.

Have not received my certificate Have not received my certificate! They post on their site to get a digital copy of the certificate upon completion but that did not happen and their site - besides being very non-usr friendly- had no way to generate it. (to their credit when I emailed them they did send me one by email). But the 1 star is because I have yet to receive it in the mail, which is what I need to provide the IRS.... Update 1 hour later - they reached out to me by email and offered to send it registered mail within 24 hours, so I am updating my stars to 5, but pending reciept....

Superb Experience I found that the website was easy to manuever. I thought the information was thorough and anyone who takes this course should come away from it learning something. I would definitely recommend this course or classes to anyone. Thank you for the great experience. I am sure I will be using this again in the future.

on the website they say an electronic… on the website they say an electronic certificate will be sent, for record purpose never sent, also I call spoke with somebody the name Derek, also said he will send, never happen. so far, I still not received my original copy.
