ILHave not received my certificate Have not received my certificate! They post on their site to get a digital copy of the certificate upon completion but that did not happen and their site - besides being very non-usr friendly- had no way to generate it. (to their credit when I emailed them they did send me one by email). But the 1 star is because I have yet to receive it in the mail, which is what I need to provide the IRS.... Update 1 hour later - they reached out to me by email and offered to send it registered mail within 24 hours, so I am updating my stars to 5, but pending reciept....

GBCustomer service is great! Customer service is great last year. I bought the CAA course and couldn’t use it in these year. I call to customer service and they validate the purchase that I made last year to be current for this year for me to get my CAA certification know all the company has done that for me and I am so happy with them. The program is great and you can pass your exam the same day .

GBon the website they say an electronic… on the website they say an electronic certificate will be sent, for record purpose never sent, also I call spoke with somebody the name Derek, also said he will send, never happen. so far, I still not received my original copy.
