Poor communication I guess everything worked out in the end with my PPP loan. However communication is horrible with this company. They can find the time to send me an email asking me to leave a 5 star review, but can not find the time to reply to messages I sent them through their website. I wasn't even able to get a reliable phone number to talk to someone. Because of their poor communication I lost out in getting access to second round of PPP loan funding.

Benworth Capital…….. This Bank made my business run so much smoother after the pandemic started when they provided me my PPP Loan. The process was quick, easy, and customer service was outstanding. I will always be grateful and appreciative.

They are the most irresponsible and… They are the most irresponsible and plain useless bank I’ve ever worked with. They gave me a second PPP loan by mistake, when I try to contact then to retrieve it they would never answer! After that they froze my business account for over 6 MONTHS!!!! Since my bank and them couldn’t decide what was the proper way to retrieve the money. Now 2 years have passed and I haven’t been able to make my forgiveness because thanks to their ineptitude they flagged my application. It’s been such a nightmare I would have preferred to not get anything in the first place.

Thanks again for the PPP loan … Thanks again for the PPP loan and subsequent forgiveness thereafter! This process was easy and very user friendly not painful at all. I am so grateful for what this loan has provided for me opportunity wise and supporting my business during these trying times. PPP experience I received my company PPP loan through Benworth and the process was amazing. They were so helpful from beginning to end. Did a lot of legwork on their own to make the process as easy as possible for me and also put in some extra effort during the forgiveness process to make sure that my loan was fully forgiven. All of the efforts were completely appreciated and really helped my company through this troubled time.
