High character mortgage company who takes care of their customers I have used accurate mortgage for my last three moves. They are 1. dependable 2. on time 3. communicate all along the way I always felt at ease and knew where I was in the process. Anytime things changed or advanced in the process there was communication that I understood. I felt very much that I understood what was going on due to their knowledge and high level of communication. Their follow up on any of my questions was always handled with respect and due diligence.

First time home buying experience.. My fiance' and I were iffy in the beginning about working with Accurate because we had never heard of them before. (We were first time home buyers so we didn't totally know what to do, when to do it) Half way through the process, two of the people we were working with transferred so we no longer had contact with them. That's when Linda QUICKLY stepped in and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel comfortable and confident moving forward. She was available all hours of the day, and did MORE than just do her job. We cant say enough how thankful we are for her and the people at Accurate for making sure everything was done, with no issues or hold ups! Highly recommended!

Close at your own risk Finally closed on loan today but beware of doing this at the Smyrna office. They do not believe in masks and Covid-19. No one was wearing a mask and got comments from the loan officer basically telling me I didn't need to wear one. It was the most uncomfortable experience me and my wife have ever been through. I will never deal with this company again and if me or my family get compromised because of these ignorant individuals I will see them in court. Looks like all you are is a number to them to make money off of and they do not care about your personal health.
