I really appreciate the loan, I was in really bad need of a loan and they gave me a chance when the banks around here wouldn't. Customer support is absolute garbage Customer support is absolute garbage. Unable to log into my account in over a week because of their two factor authentication not working properly. There's no way to disable it either... they force it on your account. I've sent emails regarding this but they have yet to respond to any of them. I would not recommend this loan provider. Unprofessional

Super easy to get, but horrible customer service! It was super easy to get this loan with only fair credit. I was super thankful for the amount they loaned me as we were going through a rough patch. The payments were low so it made it easier to pay extra when I could. We had to pay twice a month, so with every paycheck which I didn't have a problem with. My problem didn't start till I had issues logging in. I would never get the security code sent to my email that is REQUIRED to log in to your account EVERY time. It turned into a hassle. I sent several emails after never being able to reach someone on the number provided on the website. And then the big issue I ended up with is not being able to switch bank accounts to pay my bill when I switched banks. I still have not been able to do so. If you call the number with-in the business hours Monday-Friday no matter what time you call, they are closed. No one responds to your emails. You can't switch bank accounts without calling customer service. So how am I supposed to pay my bill? So now I'm sure it's going to be reported on my credit and that was the last thing I needed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It might be super easy to get, but don't count on getting any help when you need it!
