Also someone is really paying attention in this important pivotal time, as they pulled out of an agreement with Prime Trust months before they went bankrupt due, at least in part, to mishandling cold storage wallets, losing keys and whatever other shenanigans they were up to. No Bitcoin for you After sending them all the personal information they froze my account and told me I could not use their service. Lyn Alden recommends them which is why I used them. There has to be some glitch in their automatic review process or this is just a way to get your personal information. I am still scratching my head why they would not let me use their service. I am thinking of notifying my attorney general to look into their practices as something is amiss.

Disappointed I am a small regional bank client in Florida, and through numerous attempts to connect my bank to do ACH transactions, they were not able to connect my bank. While we were working on this issue, Swan closed my account and that was the end of it. The customer service team I was working with and said there was nothing they could do and that was it. So much for helping more individuals get into bitcoin.
