The process takes a little longer the first property through Anngela Capital but is supposed to be faster for future properties.

Thank you This is the 2nd apartment building we had gone thru with them, it was a bit frustrating with how long it took compared to the first deal. But they did deliver and closed on the property. Hopefully they address what they claim their staff was at fulll capacity.
