It was like a many years old friendship throughout the process. Even the sellers closing attorney was impressed From the start, I was made to feel at ease about the entire process...each and every assigned person along the way treated me as though I were their only client...always, always getting a response to emails and/or phone messages...no lost paperwork or required documentation as everything was uploaded or e-signed!.......when I wanted to increase the pre approved amount...no problem and done!....best home buying experience I've ever had the pleasure of being a part of! Even the sellers closing attorney was impressed to see we were in possession of the closing package in advance of closing and had the chance to review it at leisure...Who does that?...RK Mortgage Group does that!!!! The smoothest Refinance I've ever been through RK Mortgage Group offered the lowest rate and fees on a 30 year fixed loan. From beginning to end, Roman Khodos was very dependable. We spoke on the phone, but mainly communicated via email. He explained the process and what information would be needed from me. I wanted to pay my fees out of pocket. Roman estimated me the amount, and RK Mortgage Group actually came in below his quote by a few hundred dollars. Very nice! I can honestly say this may have been the smoothest Refinance I've ever been through. I wanted to Thank Roman and RK Mortgage Group for everything. Above and Beyond The definition of "Above and Beyond" . This is what RK Mortgage Group is. Joelle and Me'me have been hanging there with me and my lousy builder for 16 months. They made it happen. I never expected such a good rate given my self-employed situation. Joelle and Me'me were the only positive experience in our 16 months journey building a home in Lakewood Ranch , FL. I wish them lots of clients (not like me), luck and prosperity! And I am back 2 years later with superb refinancing experience!
