We had talked to so many different lenders and were getting more and more sure that we could not either qualify OR make the payments they gave us that we almost gave up. We were referred to this company for one last try and it was the best decision we ever made. It all went smoothly and without any surprises. To top it off we were actually able to reach our personal lender anytime we needed and got questions answered and fears assuaged. Everything turned out so well and we ended up feeling like we had a "Lender for Life". Couldn't recommend them any more.
