GBGreat alternative investment for landlords wanting to divest As an active single family residential investor, I've been looking for ways to diversify into more passive investments. When I first heard about Flock, I was skeptical. However, after doing my due diligence, I have found the company to be trustworthy and customer focused. Working with Flock has been a great experience for me so far. They have done everything they said they were going to do and I can see the attention and work they are putting into making the whole process easy and customer friendly. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the market to sell an investment home.

GBEasy exit: Real Investment (not a buyout company) I held joint ownership to a great rental property, but my business partner's goals differed from mine. Both of wanted to keep rental income, and neither was ready to sell and pay cap gains. Flock provided an easy exit; turning our joint ownership in one property into shares so we we can operate independently. The Flock team has been very accessible, and although we had a few bumps as one of the very first homes, all of them stood by to to listen, support, and resolve. So far our cash flow has been at least what we had before (and I don't have to do a thing!) and values have increased in line with the market. I'm looking forward to the future growth and success of Flock homes and feel as if I'm part of something unique.

GBA Great Investment I became interested in Flock about six months before I met with Ari and Deepa. Those two are so sincere and I sensed immediately that they had my best interests in mind. The process after that meeting was without stress and my townhome became part of the Flock on September 1st. Jeremy was a great help on site as I completed paperwork with the notary. Chad is the best. He will totally take care of you as you wind your way to completion. I'm not taking distributions but reinvesting in the company.

GBI'm one year into my contract I'm one year into my contract with Flock Homes and feel I'm ready to give feedback on my experience thus far. First the positive. The process from start to finish was handled very professionally by Flock staff. The offer made on my property was good and the transaction went very smooth. All interaction with the staff has been excellent. On the less than positive side, you are locked into a minimum 3 year contract with them and returns are paid at approximately 3 percent of a value they control. The website boast of a 5-9 percent appreciation, again information they control. I would encourage all potential investors to read all reviews and documents thoroughly. This concept has value to the right people since you no longer have to deal with tenants and maintenance cost. But you will permanently lose control of your asset.

And trust me, when I was first considering Flock, I asked this question a hundred different ways. Well, I took the leap and made the investment, and you know what? They've delivered. On every single thing. I'd invest again with Flock in a heartbeat.
