Geof could not have been better to me Geof could not have been better to me. Very patient. I would email him with 'just a couple of questions' and proceed to write several very long messages. He always got right back to me, followed by more messages from me. I really needed this settlement and felt like he was on my side. I just poured my heart out to him. Normally not something I would do, but felt comfortable enough with him. Unfortunately my settlement didn't come through but definitely felt that he had done as much as he could. I believed him when he said that he was sorry that it didn't come through and would check up with me to see if anything changed with my medical issues. Unfortunately I know many women who are dying of breast cancer, of course there is a FB group with thousands of members. Many are struggling financially also. I will reply and tell them about this company and tell them to ask for Geoff.

Happy and relieved. While it wasn't a quick process and it… While it wasn't a quick process and it took sometime, Darren was very patient and work hard in my behalf. We went back and forth and after 6m os. We reach a mutual agreement. We are very happy with the outcome. Thank you so much Darren.

Greg Bates Greg has been added to the top my list of contacts for those in his field. At the risk of sounding self-centered, but to underscore my opinion ... I have been a lawyer for almost 43 years. A great percentage of my experience (decades actually) involved working with and representing "life insurance experts" (mostly independent producers) in a very wide array of transactions and litigation. I recently needed to make a decision about my personal life insurance. I was pretty sure about what I should or should not do. It was Greg's input that took my confidence level to 100% or as close thereto as humanly possible. He is the type of person who listens, seeks as much information as reasonably possible before giving his "bottom line" opinion(s), clearly explains the reasons for his opinion(s) and, even when he may not be able to provide assistance, lets you know whether or not someone else may be able to help and who, if anyone, that might be. Other than to say I cannot find the words to fully express this, I have the highest confidence in, respect for, faith in and admiration for Greg and the way he conducts himself.

Geoff and the Voya experience - rated PG13 Geoff pursued this for me as if it was his one and only priority. I know he has many different clients he assists on a daily basis, but I always felt that he gave this his personal attention. When I would call it would be “Hey Dave”, NOT oh uh Hi, can I get your birth date, policy number, or some other info where it would make you feel like ‘just a number’. You, (I) was his most important client is how he handled all my ridiculous issues with Voya. He hung in there till the bitter end. That is meant in a good way, not a bad way. I greatly appreciate all of his efforts and time with this. Thank you. PS the date of experience is todays date, but he has been working on this since May of last year.

Great Dealing with a professional. While we were not able to achieve what I wished, Darren made everything clear, kept me informed, was interested in my needs, and was professional at each encounter. I contacted other providers who spend a lot of money on TV ads. The ads are misleading because you must be near death to make things happen. From day one to minute one, Darren explained and answered all the questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
