We have excellent customer service… We have excellent customer service always. Simon Kirkpatrick has been our adviser for some years now and the fact he is so approachable, can 'translate' investment/pensions language, into a language we can understand and help make informed decisions about, is hugely valued. The fact we can have a home visit, especially for my elderly Mum is also something rather special, it has meant that she too feels more independent. Such a business model like this is something other businesses need to emulate as it works, at all levels.
