JJ is the Best JJ worked tirelessly to get this loan done asap. He called me and walked me through every step of the process. He even worked all President's day weekend and even called me on Sunday night from the airport to be sure I had everything I needed. Company claimed to help with… Company claimed to help with Reconsideration. Gave them all the information needed to proceed. I was called and talked to like I was a fraud after I got upset the gentleman stated that in New York there was a lot of fraud which I then understood. He proceeded to ask me for more information like a passport and birth certificate which I provided the same day. He then state he could proceed. A week late he gives me a call after going over my credit report and starts to belittle me because my credit was in bad shape. Stating my age I should not only have one thing on my credit. After a shouting match back and forth he states again I am a fraud. If this is a legit company they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have contacted my attorney with the next steps beware
