worst customer service It was really worst customer service. We sent all the documents required at the beginning, but the loan processor repeatedly asked for them. She asked for the same document 3-4 times throughout the process, which was very frustrating. Communication was not clear as well. They did not send closing disclosure until we asked for it. It was a total mess working with them, and i would definitely not recommended it.

Sistar Mortgage did an excellent job We were happy to work with Sistar Mortgage in refinancing our house. They worked hard to find the lowest interest rate, kept expenses low, and the closing went very smoothly. All company employees we dealt with, were very pleasant and easy to work with. They were very prompt in returning phone calls and answering e-mails to resolve issues in a timely manner. If get opportunity We will work with them again and recommend them to others.
