Being fair, the application process was fairly easy (A list of required documents before beginning would have been even more helpful!), and customer service follow-up toward filling in missing pieces was prompt and friendly.

My review has changed This was a quick and easy solution to obtaining a loan in order to take one of Ted's courses. I can't thank you enough for helping to make this possible!! MONDAY, 10/5/2020: This is an amendment to my previous comments. Before anyone anywhere signs up to take any of Ted McGrath Brands programs, you should ask them countless questions. I didn't do that because I didn't know what questions to ask. After signing up and paying and having minimal course involvement, it became clear to me that these courses were NOT what I was looking for professionally. Now, the company is telling me they won't issue any refund until I complete the entire program. This is absolutely absurd and I'm considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am very unhappy and disappointed with their response.

I had been charged LOTS of money in the past to secure funds for business projects and it took a day to complete! It was unbeivable how quickly the money was in my account.
