Criminal!! I sent a cashiers check for a substantial amount of money and have not heard anything since dec 16th, as mentioned by everyone else in here I was told my order or refund would be sent by dec 23rd... at this point I'm working with the BBB, the Texas attorney general, financial crime division of the FBI, and U.S. postal inspection service. For their sake, Hopefully this gets resolved before drastic measures need consideration...

Excellent company to do business with. I had one minor issue with a coin that was delivered to me. Penn Metals responded immediately and made the exchange for a replacement coin as seamless as possible. I have placed several other orders with the company and have been very pleased with their merchandise. I placed a few orders for vintage coins and their condition was better than I anticipated.
