Melissa and Katy provided Excellent … Melissa and Katy provided Excellent performance on our recent reverse mortgage. We were early on over whelmed with companies attempting to provide their services. We decided on three of these companies comparing offers as they came in. Melissa was our first contact with one of these companies. Melissa provided fast accurate information as we could readily compare each companies offerings almost on the spot. Once we were committed we were introduced to a young lady named Katy. Again, Katy provided the part of the process of events leading up to and including closing.
