Jason was instrumental in my refinance… Jason was instrumental in my refinance from start to finish. My employment was compromised by the covid pandemic, but with Jason’s guidance, we were able to get my refinance completed. It took several attempts, but Jason came through as promised. He has saved me over $1,000 on my monthly mortgage which has really helped me. He was honest and transparent throughout the process. At times, it felt like we weren’t going to get approved, but he kept at it and made it happen. I 100% recommend Jason for anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

Friendly & Knowledgeable The Equify team made the mortgage lending process simple and straightforward. I worked with Jason directly and he was honest and friendly about my situation. There were a few hiccups that affected my credit score because multiple lenders pulled hard inquiries on my credit file when I shopped around for rates. But Jason was able to work through that and still get me an incredibly competitive low rate. He truly understands the essence of customer service and he delivers it. Great experience!!! Jason runs Equify exactly as I would run my business: no sales pitch and presents all of the necessary details to make a quick decision. He then calls you on a weekly basis to make sure you are informed on the status, and texts with updates in between. Jason also has experience at other lenders, allowing him to provide insight on whether they are providing their best deal. For example: the jumbo loan limit increased in January, and the lender I was in process with did not tell me if I just reduced the principal by less than $5K I could get a lower rate for a conforming loan.
