How Private Placement Programs Work I've been following Taimour for about a year now on YouTube. I found his YouTube content to be very valuable to me. I've learned a lot about Private Placement Programs and how these programs work from the bank traders point of view as well as the investors point of view. I've also learned why people need and use SBLC's and that this bank instrument can be monetized. I've been in the oil and gas sector for 15 years and many of our deals failed due to in adequate funding or deal structure.
