I got the product, but I am satisfied because I got the product, the down side was that I specifically only bought 48 ounces of silver to get $10 shipping instead of $15 shipping. Then I get the package 8 days later and see that the shipping only cost $7.80 or so, which means I paid more than it really cost to ship. Then less than one week later they announce new shipping costs of free shipping for 50 ounces of silver or more, which I would have done had it been available a week earlier. I will probably buy from then again, just not an outstanding experience.

Prices were good, shipped reasonably quick I did some research and decide to give Gold and Silver Online a shot at my business. I did the electronic wire transfer and after a couple of days I got confirmation it went through and the package was sent out to me. I wish it was sent via fedex or UPS versus USPS as they only try to drop off once and then I have to go in town to fetch the package in town at the post office. Planning another purchase next month.
