Not enough stars to give! Mark at Perl was amazing throughout the process. I just closed on my new house today! During the entire process, Mark was always available by phone and email to field any questions I had. Even on Christmas day! It was their customer service that ultimately led me to select them over the other lenders I received quotes from. Not only was Mark able to match or beat the numbers I was quoted by the others, he flat out treated me better as well.

We had attended a reverse mortgage seminar by David Hochberg in Huntley and were thinking a reverse mortgage would work well in our situation, but Jose and his team did an evaluation for us that showed a reverse mortgage would not achieve what we needed to do. They then prepared a refinance option that did achieve our objectives and worked efficiently to get the process completed, approved and closed in about 6 weeks.
