GBI love the fully online experience I love the fully online experience. It was super simple and hasslefree. Only comment I have is the interest rates are very high, as well the finders fee. I needed a loan of 7500 and ended up with only 6900 after the fees. I made it work, but not ideal. I do like that there are no fees for paying off early because I will absolutely be paying this loan off as early as possible to avoid three grand in interest fees.

GBTurnabout is fair play… I’ve had my mortgage with Rocket for many years and simply wish to access the equity I’ve built up. Yet they feel compelled to charge unwarranted fees as if I am new customer like title search, appraisal, closing fees, etc. Don’t understand such business practice that now drives me to shop for better detail if no reciprocal loyalty or advantage. As a result I’m shopping other fintech options.
