Even through changes in programs and pauses with COVID, she continued to follow and made sure were taken care of the minute something was available for our company. I was sincerely disappointed when the process was completed because I know I will miss my time with her. She was so personable and I loved getting to know her as a friend and our fun chats!! Sigmund and Tara worked hard to overcome various obstacles in the SBA loan process, including repairing unexpected issues with my credit report. The only complaint that I have is with the bank used for processing the loan. They seemed to further complicate a difficult task. Great Partners! Layne Capital were great partners, unlike banks that look at a few items and give you an up or down. Sigmund and the rest at Layne Partners looked much closer and coached us on ways to improve our chances. It took us a little longer than we would have hoped but in the end we received our SBA loan and are very happy, NO SURPRISES.
