She handled all the sales negotiations and kept me informed on all decisions to close the deal. Escrow was smooth; every person there was professional and expedited the process to make it an easy closing. Using a flat fee service saved us a lot of money. I believe I got so much more than I paid for. I will use Smart Realty and Linda again and highly recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Overall worth the money. We decided to go with this company after having a bad experience with a similar online company. They were friendly and responsive from the getgo.. Only thing I would change is the escrow company as they weren't that friendly.. But overall worth the money..
