GBExcellent! Excellent service at a competitive rate. Found out about AS IS lending through the mail-- Thought the rate for a 30 yr fixed refi was too good to be true-- kept looking for the "catch" was it buried somewhere as a fee or closing cost? It wasn't! Highly impressed and excellent service. Recommend AS IS to everyone!

GBThings went pretty good throughout our… Things went pretty good throughout our loan experience. Because we were going from a FHA to a conventional loan and Are Foster parents it made it a little bit more difficult. Ted did a really good job in helping us stay in tune with the loan and not getting up disappointed that it was taking A while to close. It was a wonderful, painless refinance experience. Early this year, when interest rates was nearing 3%, I tried contacting him again but he no longer works for that same company. So thru business social media, I looked up and found him again. Now, you don't go through that if you had a previous bad experience right? So we connected, again this was painless refinance, done in a month, so I had referred him to almost 10 past clients/friends (I am a Northern CA realtor). Everybody was so happy with their loan experience with Ted and this makes me happy as well.
