My experience was not as good as it… My experience was not as good as it could have been. I believe it was slower than it could have been because of the COVID 19 virus. The virus however was not the cause for an excruciating detailed review of a strong financial statement, resulting in longer delays. Especially considering the loan was for 10 percent of the collateral . Working from home during the virus, which is understandable, along with the extreme detail demanded caused unnecessary delays. The people we dealt with were always cheerful, polite and professional. The end result was the outcome we wanted and that was promised.

Achieving our dream with Farm Plus Financial We were in a complicated land contract. The contact holder made things difficult with financial demands and delaying the release of the contract.
