Aside from the rates they… Aside from the rates they understandably have to charge for the service they provide, I cannot criticize Strategic Capital in any way. Our rep or loan officer was patient, prompt, polite and professional. God forbid and we find ourselves in a similar situation again, I will contact Strategic first. I am thankful they were recommended to us.

Easy process with lots of undelivered promises The process was pretty simple, but went with Jack at Strategic Capital based on his promise to follow up with me and secure additional funding at the halfway point to allow for less paid in fees. Prior to that point, I contacted Jack multiple times and did not receive any contact back. This has now caused me to miss out on paying over 2k less for the funding. All of the promises that were made seem to have been just a sales strategy to get me to go with them. Not very happy and would not recommend them.
