I didn't think they were going to stick to the timeline during these challenging times. Surprisingly they did. They even found an overpayment and hand-delivered a check back to me. Ms. Jafri directly responded to my many questions via phone calls and e-mail, and she provided updates about my overall loan status as they became available. Upon our first meeting, she assured I would remain aware of my situation and wholly kept her word. Certainly, I am not the most important client that Lynx Mortgage has ever had. She was so patient, kind and put my neurotic mind at ease 1000 times. The entire process was so pleasant and easy. Sandy answered my every question with such a positive attitude.
