CARight from the time I started dealing… Right from the time I started dealing with Riviera, I have been impressed. Honestly, it is rare these days that there is any care in business dealings. It's almost always each for their own with no empathy or care for the other party at the table. There just isn't the respect for one another that there was even 5 yrs ago. I don't say these things lightly but I have truly felt that I have been valued as a customer so far. I can reach someone at Riviera anytime either by phone or email, which is very, very important to me.

GBFriendly staff Friendly staff. They stay in contact with you via phone or email. Only downside to my experience was to many people handling my case. Having to send documents to both and after being almost set up they wanted to transfer me to a different ofc due to them misunderstanding where I live. After all was straightened out things are going fine. I have already recommended their service to others
