My MFFU experience (PLEASE READ) If you want to feel welcome in a community, do not look any further. I have been trading with them for almost a month, and I have felt nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. I have received numerous high dollar amount payouts and can assure you, you will get yours. I have been built up to my potential and more. Staff is more than helpful and make you feel more like an asset rather than an account number waiting to blow their account so they can buy another one. If you want a firm that cares about YOU as a trader and not as a source of income, stop your search here because you found it.

Customer service is good When I was adding my bank card, I encountered an issue where the 3DS page failed to load. Both the customer service and the MFFU team investigated this issue and identified a limitation with the webpage pop-ups. However, even after I disabled the pop-up restrictions on my computer, the problem persisted. Therefore, I switched to another device—an iPad—and successfully added my bank card using it. The customer service was very friendly, and the chat atmosphere was very harmonious, making the overall experience quite pleasant. Despite their large volume of tickets to address, I found a small trick: after having chats with several customer service representatives, you can check in the chat box to see which representative is active. You can then directly converse with them without waiting.

My first day with My Funded Futures Last week I purchased starter pack $150k evaluation and selected Rithmic platform. I thought I could use my Rithmic credentials on my Ninatrader platform (The platform that I've been using since 2014). Unfortunately I could not login Ninjatrader. I emailed to Myfundedfutures customer service and I requested them to either change the platform from Rithmic or refund my money and then I'll purchase a new evaluation account and this time select Ninjatrader. Spidy from customer service team was very prompt, kind and helpfull to resolve the matter and I received the refund the same day. Today I purchased a new starter pack $150k evaluation and selected Tradovate which is the same company as Ninjatrader. I've logged to my Ninjatrader platform using Tradovate credentials from Myfundedfutures and I traded at US cash open. Fortunately I reached the profit target of $9,237 (required $9,000) and I expect to move to the funded stage from tomorrow. I'm satisfied customer so far. I'll update my experience with Myfundedfutures after I start trading with funded account, make my first withdrawal.
