Unfortunately there has still been no contact or timeline given to existing customers, while it seems that new customers are being taken onboard. They are ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY at this point. Communication is A+ I used the chat feature on the website to contact them regarding an account log in issue. I got a response within two minutes and issue was resolved within 5. Very impressed with this as I have had trouble with different prop firms with communication. Highly recommend.

My First Experience Payout with LUS I am very grateful to be working with LUS team I just signed the contract and LUS team has already programmed my payout already. LUS team always give me immediate response regarding every issues I have such as KYC verification, signing the contract, missing account credential email, and payday inquiry.
