This is what happened next door to the home I live in and own. Then, after a few people got in the box and took the key, they changed the lock, ansked the mailman (in front of me) for a change of address, and now they are squatting in the house and cops can’t evict them. Having pool parties, smoking something that smells like week I. Front of my house, two dogs, and a baby, and DIVVY is taking no responsibility for it and leaving me to deal with fights next door to where I live.

Finnie Family First Home This is our first home. The agent who helped to process the paperwork was so helpful and informative. And the consequent teams that reached out to aid in the closing process were very respondent as issues in closing details, dates, and other information came through and would need our response. A couple hiccups happened here and there with the Home Evaluation findings and steps for paying fees but we were very satisfied with the process. And we are enjoying our home. Thanks Divvy Team

Worst living experience in 38 years Worst living experience in 38 years of living. House was inspected and they only listed minor problems. After moving in, all sewage lines backed up, every water pipe in the house leaked, the main shut off valve was even broken. The garage floods, but they won't touch it because it's "not their responsibility". They did finally finish repairing everything needed, just before my 2nd year started. I couldn't get a mortgage in my first year so now the price of the house went up another 20k as per contract, so I will not be buying. I personally regret putting my family thru this whole situation.

Awesome experience Awesome experience. I just feel that the price does not align with the original vision of the founder. I feel that if the program is truly to help people get back on their feet or immigrants a leverage then the price is a just too high compared to the running costs and actual mortgage Divvy pays to the bank. Although, I’m grateful o can but state and warn others to ensure they work hard to jump out.
