When it finally happened bunch of loads were not paid. When we start sending new invoices they take Days! To fund us. Deceptive business, everything we were offered and promised has been totally the opposite

GBHorrible company Horrible company. They pay the wrong people, they don't listen. They upset our customers. Your money is in danger as they don't have any security so our funds were hacked. Don't use Update Our company has worked with ecap for years. Our customers are very upset by how they handle business. They are awful to work with. Definitely look elsewhere.

GBThis company is absolutely horrible This company is absolutely horrible. Been back and forth with my "account manager" for weeks trying to get a payment issue settled. It's been over a week and they cannot send MY money that I stayed in a truck months on end to work for. Account Manager does not respond to emails and blocked my phone number so I cannot get through to her. It is a disgrace. Trucking is hard enough already. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: it was updated this morning. I worked with you guys for 3 years. Multiple six figures factored through you over that time. It shouldn't have come to this.
