When we met at the ATV site we was charged an extra $47 I don't like hidden fees so from now on I will watch what I purchase on Groupon.

You see, I have had Groupon bucks on my account for some time and noticed quite a difference in the amount. I reached out with my concern. Soon after, I received an email about rating my recent experience. After looking further into my account, I discovered some specimen hacked into my account and stole my funds to go to Chuck E Cheese. I let the Groupon team know and they took care of recovering my funds and a password change quickly. I appreciated the promptness.

Finally, I did a chat session with a Groupon support person and they said nothing could be done and that person disconnected on me. On my second chat with Groupon support, they provided a credit in Groupon bucks.

Great First Timer Experience WE have been looking to try a dance class or 2 and had a great first time experience. The location was a little difficult to find, but the facility was really nice and welcoming once we did find it.
