GBPoor communication and never received email with products I bought documents and never received them via email. I spoke with someone the same day about purchasing another product and was supposed to receive a call the next day. They never called. I also scheduled a call via the calendar link on the website, received texts confirming that someone would be calling, but still never received a call back.

GBTHANKFUL! 1st of all, the professionalism is on 10, the customer service team went thru my issues with me (A Gladies) and we're open and honest most of all helpful! Besides, anyone who knows about the credit hero (Deraine Delevante) and consumer law secrets university, already knows that the content we are learning is absolutely priceless and if used correctly will definitely have you living your best life by taken control of your credit, which is your future! Daraine is genuinely concerned about helping people better their lives. Most gurus have no concern about you and are only in it for the money. That is not the case with him. Education is priority for him, and he wants you to understand the FCRA, FDCP, and etc. Hès the best as far as I'm concerned.

GBSUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve sent out 3 emails and did not get a single response yet.. I’ve reached out to you guys yesterday about not having access to my account. So I recently started a 30 day free trial under the Boss up plan yesterday on the 29th and this morning on the 30th I lost access to my account. It keeps bringing me to the Page to upgrade my account, and the 30 days has not passed yet… I don’t wanna have to leave a negative review on all of the social media + Review platforms, But my patience are running out I have proof that I started a 30 day free trial under the boss up plan And due to this inconvenience, I actually lost a day of work because I don’t have access to my account… Honestly I wouldn’t recommend to my friends and family with this poor level customer support… Please get back to me as soon as possible thank you Tyler James Castillo
