GBOrdered a dinning room set and couches… Ordered a dinning room set and couches for my apartment. Upgraded for any room delivery . Was dropped off on my front porch!!! Had no help to carry them in. Called and they said it’s not their problem it’s the delivery company. Missing a couch from the picture and they are just giving me a run around. So disappointing after waiting 5 weeks for these couches and I had to wait for someone to come help me. I really feel like I can’t get anyone to help me in customer service. Said the supervisor is not in.

GBI called because my shipping order… I called because my shipping order wasn’t right is a customer service put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back. I’ll call back spoke to another person and she hung up. I had to call back and the person was able to help me. I think the customer service needs some really Improvement
