GBI’m so thankful for Trim’s service! I’m so thankful for Trim’s service!! I had a Peacock account that I was getting charged for MONTHS and I didn’t know about because I didn’t currently have a Peacock account! Ronica at Trim took all my information, figured out for me, and got that unwanted subscription cancelled! Even though she did save me so much money, the piece of mind is priceless! Thank you everyone at Trim for your service! It’s more than appreciated!!

GBMake sure to ask the cost when negotiation is done my issue is that when having my Verizon bill negotiated it wasn’t made clear what the cost of the service would be or when the charge would post. I was not expecting a charge, which may have been my mistake, but had the Trim rep recapped what he did and also the cost I at least would’ve known I would be charged. I also could have asked when the charge would post which would have been useful info.

GBHorrible experience with Trim Before you began negotiating my Comcast bill, I was paying $280/month. Then Trim got involved and changed my plan without informing me of the impact - my family lost 130 HOURS of recorded programs because you slashed our DVR service, and you also canceled our Netflix benefit (costing $15.49/month). Then you tried to get those benefits back, raising my bill to $304/month. Now, over a week later you still haven't resolved the issue, and I've had to waste my time going back and forth with your reps. The two values of Trim for me were (1) saving time and (2) saving money. You have successfully negated both of those benefits.

GBI tried to use a similar service with... I tried to use a similar service with Rocket Money and they just provided me the steps to cancel my subscription. When Trim popped up on my account I decided to give it a try. I am beyond happy with this service. Everyone knows how hard it is to get out of gym membership subscriptions and Trim was able to do it for me. I didn't have to do a thing but provide some info. Thank you, Trim.

GBAlmost cost me $20/mo more Negotiator was constantly talking to me, which kind of counteracted the whole idea of someone handling negotiations for me, and it just over complicated what could have been me talking directly to a Verizon representative. The negotiator switched me to a plan without hotspots to save $10, but my old plan had hotspots and in order to have hotspots again on the new plan, I would have to pay $10 per line on 3 different lines. Definitely not a savings to me. Then they spent over an hour telling me we couldn’t switch it back to my old plan before finally switching it back. Super stressful, frustrating waste of time that almost ended up costing me money instead of saving it.
