I Traded with Ironbeam brokerage. I Traded with Ironbeam their customer service is amazing, however their commissions are a little high. They except both Canadians and Americans. Anytime I had a question, I received an answer within a day or immediately there after. If you want great customer service this is the place to go. I dealt with Mike who was simply amazing to deal with!! Ironbeam is a great broker, when it comes to customer service. There withdraws were also ver fast by wire and by cheque it was dependant on mailing services. Keith G.

3+ weeks to withdraw $ I’ve been a user of Ironbeam and Firetip for more than 10 years. Recently I’ve had horrible delays with fund withdrawal and poor access to customer service (I’ve been waiting for thousands of dollars for more than 3 weeks, they blamed a bad address and then tried to charge me $35 for a new check) and decided to try TD Ameritrade. I don’t think I’ll ever look back.

All the important boxes check Great customer service, cheap fees, the platform is spartan but usable. Looking forward to a long relationship with this great broker. Also opened an account with ninjatrader at the same time, i love the platform but hate that broker. Ironbeam all the way for me.

My broker guided me on the difference… My broker guided me on the difference between the various platforms they offer and which ones would be a good fit for my trading strategy. My questions were answered quickly in simple language that normal people can understand. I look forward to trading the eminis and diving into options later this year.
