This sucked Totally pain in the ass, takes way too long to get it done. I never knew what was going on after you complete a section on the website, it never gave you a follow up email or phone call to let you know status!! There much improvement could be done to make it more user friendly

Refinancing made easy. So glad I decided to look into refinancing with this company. They were professional and quick to respond when I emailed with a question or concern. Not only did they lower my monthly payments, but they made the process easy and elevated my comfort level in going through the process.

Should have better communication… Should have better communication between Getmode and GM financial. GM financial was telling me to return the car or get a lease extension, but I was buying the car though get mode. Employees were nice at GM financial, they just didn’t know where I was in the process of Getmode .
