My Great Agent I usually don’t do this, so it might be a little long. My experience started out shakey because I had trouble receiving the information. My agent kept calling until I finally got all that I thought I needed. Then I began reading and became confused. My agent called again, took the time to explain and made me 2 fantastic offers, and aided my purchase. That agent’s name is Allen Baytes, and the time he took with me was way above “the usual” My personal thanks to him for his efforts !

Refund for gold coin retuned. It was very bad experience because I sent back gold coin on Dec 12, 2023. For my refund I call multiple time.also send message. No reply. They were telling me they already refunded. But it was not in my credit card. After one month it resolved. So it was painful. They are lying. They send me after one month. It’s was not my credit card but they send me after one month. BEWARE of Nationwide Coin and Bullion! BEWARE of this company if you don't know what you're doing! I am over 70 and was sole caregiver for my dying husband. I was concerned about our limited financial future. I kept hearing about buying gold to protect your money. I found a brochure from this company and called. I told the woman that I had $20,000 to invest in gold to protect our future. I sent a cashiers check and she sent the gold coins. I knew absolutely NOTHING about gold; what to buy or what to watch out for. I recently showed a friend that is knowledgeable about precious metals, the list of what I bought, he said he would look up the current value for me since gold is on the rise. He sent me what he had found and to my surprise my $20.000 of gold was worth 75% less! (and ONLY to Collectors of these coins). I'm not a collector, I wanted security! He was shocked as well and said that they should be locked up for ripping off the elderly like this! Don't become a victim!!!!
