GBI made an agreement to pay off loan I made an agreement to pay off loan , which I did. But got a charge for $449 which wasn’t authorized. I have been calling for over a week, sent the screen shot of my withdrawal from the bank and keep getting excuses. Very crappy customer service. My bank is considering this as fraud. I just want my unauthorized payment returned or my Bank will report this as fraud. Very disappointed. KOK should take care of customers. Not give them the runaround. Going to report this company as unworthy.
