Top Tier is really growing on me as a… Top Tier is really growing on me as a trader based in the USA. Great customer service and big shout out to Olabanke for answering my questions. They really put my mind at ease about the next steps. Now i can relax and prepared for my funded account.

Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars yet… Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars yet is because I had to pass tier 1 and 2, 100k acct(which is no problem, part of the process) then got told I was gambling so I had to redo tier 1 and now I’ve passed that. So if I get my funded acct they’ll have 5 stars from me. Other then that I love the TradeLocker platform and I appreciate all TopTier is doing, especially being one of the only prop firms that allow US traders. All I can say is please keep improving and have our best interest in mind. Don’t get greedy trying to take money from us, theirs plenty of food on the table for everyone to get some.

I want to take a minute to said, thank you very much to my customer support and operation representative Kevin, He is very professional And he made me feel that I was the only person he was supporting. every time that I make a request you just answer it right away. He didn’t take long to work on my process and help me out and get my account ready to use. They say the process after you passed your challenge is 48 hours, And because of that, I expecting for next Monday instead of today Saturday. they’re not playing they’re there to help.

Customer service I recently completed the second stage of my challenge, but I failed to fill out information on contract. I received a message back from Kelvin explaining how to correct the situation. I also had some follow up questions and Kelvin was quick to respond. It's nice to know someone is there to help guide you through the process
