Terrible Payoff Process The payoff process is awful. It has been a over a week since I sent in the money for our payoff. The debit has posted on our end yet they're telling me another 2 days until it is complete & for me to spend my time to call back & request a payoff letter when it should be them reaching out to me so I'm not constantly calling trying to figure out if it's ready or not. Even after all this, I will then still have to wait 4-5 days for my reimbursement check since they have been debiting my account this entire time. Small businesses' cannot afford to continue to pay the daily amount even after our payoff has posted to our bank account. Be better.

Experience is awesome because the loan… Experience is awesome because the loan was approved in less than 24hrs. I’m satisfied with Mr. Miller, very professional and polite at all times. Loan was Not for the amount expected or needed but it helped out for what it was intended to. % is high but the plan is to paid it off this loan sooner than what it is scheduled to be paid off. This was the only company that gave my… This was the only company that gave my business a chance to receive a business loan. The entire process was super easy and fast. First day a representative called to explain the process and how everything works. I immediately completed the application, submitted all business bank account statements, and EIN/DBA/State Tax paperwork. I was approved the same day and only needed to review the loan terms & sign the contract. I reviewed/signed contract the next day. Couple hours later a loan officer called to verbally go over the contract terms & to answer any questions I had. After I hung up with the officer the funds were wired to my business account. FYI I have been in business for three years and never established business credit so this will also show up on DUNS.
