A+ Loan Support Smooth process. I was able to reach someone by telephone with questions as they arose. I felt supported throughout the entire application to funding. Great place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to get a loan fast.

I was not informed until I accepted the… I was not informed until I accepted the loan terms that the only options to receive the funding was either debit card or picking up cash at Walmart. (I had presumed a direct deposit was possible, as with other loans.) I also was unaware that I would have to print a hardcopy (I had no working printer) and have a wet signature on the hardcopy of the loan doc and go to FedEx to sent that. All this caused several trips to different stores, none of which were near each other. It was a lot of unnecessary running around; not the most convenient loan experience.

A cut above the rest Everyone I dealt with was nice. Being in sales myself, I really appreciated the work ethic from the initial contact all the way through to funding. They very straightforward about everything upfront instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear and pass me on to the next person. Because that wasnt my experience with other lenders before them and a challenge getting them a document that I was having trouble retrieving, I was going to tell them to cancel the application. I am so grateful I didnt and got to work with Johnny. He was upfront about the process, dug in on a complicated banking situation to verify my income and most importantly did what he said he was going to do throughout the process. I couldnt be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of emergency cash.
