Wasn't a smooth transaction to say the… Wasn't a smooth transaction to say the least. Then there was a distrust action thrown into the final funding process. After being told only statements for a 90 day period was all that was needed, after being told I was approved by multiple employees I was asked to prove additional transactions over an above the stated requirements. There was an element of distrust by the BriteCap loan "consultant". Also after it was promised Management would call to discuss the matter and my concerns there was a withhold of who could or would actually address issue. Management never called. At 35% interest rates you would think there would be far more interest to provide satisfaction for a new client.
