Mike Maloney RULES I've made a few purchases through GoldSilver and I have never been disappointed. Really appreciated the diligence and making it a pretty smooth process even though there were some hurdles to get over. The shipping is delayed compared to my previous supplier I changed the stars back from 3 to 5. My first purchase with them after checking to make sure they are not a scam site. There has been some delay in receiving my order compared to my previous supplier, but I guess they use a different shipping rate. I am looking for make further purchases if the material is within my expectation. I got response back to my email, and phone call.

Good service, but disorganized They shipped the gold/silver relatively fast, and it arrived packaged well. When I ask them to store my gold/silver again, though, they said they didn't see my stack of 10 1 oz silver rounds. When I asked them about it, it took them 3 weeks to find it. I shipped my silver to them all in one box. They shouldn't have been able to misplace the 10 oz stack of silver if it all came in one box.
