I wasted many months and $400 plus and got a funded acc finally and i was up 2300 and they didn't wanted to pay so converted my profits into loss by giving me loss even more than daily loss limit which is 1000. Your trades close and they will not let you trade for that day if 1000 plus loss but they gave me 1100 plus loss even i had a sl at 350. They are organized scammers when i complained they keep sending be robotic replies. Stay away from topstep

Topstep review. I love being with topstep. It’s the first company I tried an evaluation on and I believe in being loyal. I’m using topstep x and I love it and can’t wait for all the new updates that are in store for it. I’m definitely learning a lot. I can only trade 3 days a week cause I’m in the office the other two. It can make it difficult at times but I want trading to be my full time job. So I have one rule dont quit. On days I’m in the office I still listen in to the show even though I can’t watch it. I’m excited to see the future of topstep. You guys and gals rock!

Topstep customer service is great Topstep customer service is great. They continue to innovate and put the Traders first. I've used other firms before but this one takes the cake. I had a platform issue and though the wait was a bit longer than expected Mikee stepped up and fully understood what, how and when the issue took place to make things right. I appreciate this type of customer service. They treat you like a real person! Thank you Mikee ~von

No payout I qualified for my first payout and requested one over two weeks ago without receiving it or even a response. When putting in a ticket with support, it said to expect a response in a day. Two days later it said to expect a response in three days. Today their customer service center was completely down. From my research I believe TopStep is legitimate and (at least until recently?) pays out it's qualifying traders. Everything else I've experienced with them has been positive, so I am holding my breath hoping this is some technical issues and not something else.
