GBThe best Customer Service online. I completed my application online, which was so easy. The only problem that I had was verifying my account information online and uploading the documents that I signed. After numerous attempts to verify my account information and to upload my documents, I decided to call customer service to see if they could help me. I was so glad that I took the time to call. After explaining the problems that I was having, the Customer Service Representative asked if it would be okay with to contact my bank to verify my account information. She explained that she would call the bank and that I would be on the phone the whole time. The Customer Service Representative was very friendly with the bank employee and explained to her what information she was needing to verify my account. After the bank employee gave her the information she needed, the Customer Service Representative asked if I had any questions for the bank employee. After the Customer Service Representative hung up from talking to the bank employee, she explained to me that she would send the documents to my email so that I could sign them and send them back immediately so my funds would be deposited into my account the next morning. The Customer Service Representative was not only friendly, but I could tell that she liked her job and she did not mind helping me out. She made my day feel so much brighter just by being so friendly, upbeat and willingness to help me complete the process.

GBGreat Customer Service Representative stayed on the phone with me the whole time while we went through the process. Walked me through everything. She was patient, helpful & informative. She worked hard to get me approved. Very pleased with my experience.

GBMy experience was ok. The Agent was very nice. My experience was good, not great. On the Website, I was approved for a certain amount and I signed the documents; when I called, I was approved for a much lesser amount. That was a little disappointing. The Agent was nice and professional.

GBNON PROCESSED REQUEST Request received and approved but no funds were ever deposited despite the "next business day" statement. I've reached out to customer service, and I'm awaiting awaiting response to cancel the process.
