Very misleading and unprofessional I was notified that my title loan was approved and to go online to e-Sign finalizing documents. Fabulous! No problem. I really needed this title loan. Once I managed to sign in online I was not able to get past the ‘download our app’ page-which I already HAD (not any more). This was last Thursday, March 28. It is now Tuesday, April 2. After 14- I’ll say it again: FOURTEEN- phone calls, all initiated by me, they finally told me I was not approved, as the “glitches in their system” were continually “kicking her out of the system” and they were “not able to verify” a vehicle that I alone have outright owned, solely in Arizona, for JUST OVER 21 YEARS. A disgusting disgrace.

They are a rip off I needed $1800 to… They are a rip off I needed $1800 to pay my real estate taxes they gave me 600 they keep taking money out of my account every two weeks. I’m gonna close my account now and go to a different bank. I want to pay them online but they don’t want that.! F this company and i am a disabled vet thanks for predatory lending!
